Refund policy

In Store: Refunds for all products, with the exception of underwear and bodysuits, can be granted in our store location. Consumers who opt to exercise their right must return the item unworn, with original tags, and with proof of purchase within two business days of purchase. Exchanges are also available, with the exception of underwear and bodysuits, within 1 week of purchase for unworn items.

Online: Refunds for all products, with the exception of underwear and bodysuits, can be granted in our store location or by shipping the product back to the store at the customer's expense. Items returned must be unworn, with original tags, and with proof of purchase. Online customers must postmark their return within two business days of receiving the product. Exchanges are also available within a week of receiving product, with the exception of underwear and bodysuits (which cannot be returned or exchanged). Customers who wish to make an exchange of an online order can either make the exchange in person at the store location (within 1 week) or contact ivanita@missmasi.com to coordinate a return and re-ship of the new product. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses accumulated to coordinate an exchange. Thank you for understanding.
